Clear Plate has a set of unique proprietary technologies and AI algorithm that could identify whether users finished food without wasting or not, which has also won the Chinese Food Science and Technology Progress Award recognized by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

In 2018, in order to collect photos and samples of various tableware, we mobilized thousands of volunteers to collect more than 100,000 tableware samples in 8 cities across China in half a year. Till now, the number of samples has exceeded 4 million, and these samples are used continuously in machine learning to improve recognition accuracy.
